To bad turning off the TV is not an option. Other than looking at the
weather channel a few times a month (mostly winter) our TVs have not
been on for 11 months. Truly amazing how annoying "sit-stups" (for some
strange reason also called "sitcoms") are.
Besides my, now, dislike for TVs, what are the characteristics of the
noise on Panadaptor? I have some evening RFI issues which I have been
unable to track down, so I wonder if this is a neighbors TV.
