It ain't the snow or the wind chill that does it. It is the ice. You can get around on snow. There is almost no way to get anywhere on ice. I have come to the conclusion that most of the US is uninhabitable. What is wrong with you people!?!
I thought that where you live is one of the uninhabitable parts -- San Andreas Fault, and all that.
