Anyone notice a new spur on the 1500 after upgrading the firmware and system to
2.0.19 ? I have not had any prior spur issues ( or any other issues ) with the
1500 on 2.0.16 and never needed to use SR. This spur is about 12 db, is on
every band, and is limited to interfering with " upper modes". It sounds like a
master oscillator type spur and has itself parked right next to the red vfo A
indicator bar. The tone generated by it was very evident on RX when ever I was
in any " upper " mode on any band with the bandwidth greater than 250. I moved
it by changing the IF to 9150 which got it out of all upper mode filter
passbands. Anyone else experience this or have any insight as to how to better
resolve it ?
