Bob: Please export a copy of your database and email it to me. Then, I can tell you whether it is a software update issue, or an unrelated hardware problem.
To do that, turn on the radio, open PowerSDR, goto SetUp, then, along the lower left of the SetUp/General box, there is a button labeled Export Database. Press it, and a copy of your database will appear on your desktop, labeled with your serial number, time stamp, ending in .xml Please email that file to me.
