Many years ago there was this character on Saturday night live called Rosann Rosanna Danna who said, "its always something" And that is my attitude towards Flex. Currently 1 My Flex 5000 randomly resets while transmitting, I believe it is RF getting into either the power supply or the Flex that causes a voltage drop out but I am NOT sure, it could even be the computer 2. I cannot get VAC to work even though I followed the instructions explicitly. Now of course it could not be the Flex's fault but in the 2.5 years I have owned I have had to go through hell to get VAC(PSK) to work, a number of different times. HOWEVER, I repeat HOWEVER, I love the Panadapter and no concrete rig (one that can never be updated) has fewer problems, I keep the 5000 because I LOVE THE PANADAPTER. Burt
