This looks like a reproducible problem:
Operating USB near the top of the 17M band
- carrier frequency 18.165 Mhz, transmit filter 300-2999
--> Working properly: The rig produces output as confirmed by PSDR
TX meter Fwd Power and by an external wattmeter
- carrier frequency 18.165 Mhz, transmit filter 300-3001
--> Working properly: A popup appears saying that "the frequency
18.165000MHz in combination with your TX filter settings [300,3001]
are not within the Band specifications for your region."
- carrier frequency 18.165 Mhz, transmit filter 300-3000
--> Uh oh!!!: There is NO warning popup (and should not be,
because this should be within band). BUT, THERE IS NO POWER OUTPUT
produced either as confirmed by PSDR TX meter Fwd Power or an
external wattmeter.
- carrier frequency 18.164999 Mhz, transmit filter 300-3000
--> Also works, and in fact I made the QSO this way.
Looks like a test that should be LE is being made as LT or
something similar.
