I cannot speak to Teamviewer, since I use LogMein I would recommend using the 
Virtual Audio Cable program for your Voip application, version 4.09. Basically 
within Skype the virtual audio cables appear in the sound source selection box 
just as traditional "mic" and "speaker" lines do. Very simple. I use VAC with 
IPSound and occasionally Skype and it runs without a hitch. I found the VAC 
program set-up easy too.
