I cannot speak to Teamviewer, since I use LogMein I would recommend using the Virtual Audio Cable program for your Voip application, version 4.09. Basically within Skype the virtual audio cables appear in the sound source selection box just as traditional "mic" and "speaker" lines do. Very simple. I use VAC with IPSound and occasionally Skype and it runs without a hitch. I found the VAC program set-up easy too.
