VAC 4.10 has known problems with several software packages. I recommend that
you downgrade to 4.09

See the section on how to upgrade/downgrade. Do not get the 4.09 version from
the web site as it is the demo version and that should never be used regardless
of version. http://software.muzychenko.net/eng/vac.htm

As far as the Region 1 band plan, there is not an easy way for the info to show
up in the VFO "alpha tags" unless you want to do a bit of work editing the XML
database. From an actual transmit perspective, that is locked in firmware.

Subject: [Flexradio] VAC audio level and Region 1 Bandplan

I slowly learn (to love!) my new Flex 5000 after being QRT for 15 years or more
... Digital modes is my main interest.

Running VAC 4.10. CWSkimmer seems to work as expected, but I fail to get FLDigi
etc. to work, using the same VAC channels.

It appears to me that there is no audio input or too low level. Any debugging
hints?

Also, I would like to have the PDSR obey the Region 1 Bandplan. How?
