Jack, Sounds like you need to re-run the Receiver Image Test in the Production menu.. Most of the time when first loading 2.0.22, it will run the Image test first thing, but does not tell you that you must remove the antennas.. So do this to re-run the test.
Good to start with a reset on the database on PowerSDR 2.0.22 or set to Factory Defaults, with all the antennas removed, PowerSDR up and started, do a ctrl - shift - P on the keyboard. Once in the Production Test, click on the Receiver Image Button on the left hand side. The test will set through all the bands to run the Image test. Be sure to let it complete writing the data to the EEPROM once done. Close down PowerSDR, count to 5 (for all the background processes to close) then restart PowerSDR..
