You have what is known as the "tuning wedgie". Only a few of the 5000's have this problem. Unfortunately mine was one of them. :-) The solution is ECO 1036. I understand that it can be installed either by Flex or in the field. I opted to send my 5000 back to Flex as there were several things I wanted them to do.
