I hosed up my user directories in Windows 7 64 and am creating a new
user after having to delete the old user entirely. I have found I as
root I can't access vspMgr. How do I blow vspMgr away completely and
re-install it? I'll need a good blow by blow set of instructions as I am
not a Windows user normally and I am entirely clueless.
