I have had a lot of fun on JT-HF/JT-Alert1.4.1
Given me a whole new goal to chase.

Basic stock install using vac line 1 and line 2

If I can help, feel free to ask.

It all worked fine before, that's the baffling thing. Was copying and also being heard all over on WSPR a few weeks ago. JT-65HF was working FB also. Ther only thing I've done is change versions of Power SDR a couple of times. Been busy with a lot of stuff this summer so wasn't operating much at all, did some phone and CW but no digital. Decided to get back at it the weekend and nothing but HRD seems to be copying anything now. Just about to try resetting everything in a minute. Will let y'all know if that solves it.

I found that digital modes in general, and WSPR in particular, performed much better after I synched my PC to an NTP time server and my 5K and all my other gear to GPS time using a cheap Trimble Thunderbolt.

I may add that Brian Lloyd is a fountainhead of good advice about digital modes and shares his knowledge freely.

Then check the settings of VAC Virtual cable 1 and Virtual cable 2 in
"Setup>Station Parameters" of WSPR. These setting CHANGE
    periodically and
they change between running on the 1500, the 3000, and the 5000. I
    have
found that I need to check and usually reset these values every
    time I start
    WSPR.
