I am still having the issue with CW Skimmer not decoding correctly. Over the weekend I removed, rebooted and reinstalled PSDR, DDUTIL, VAC and Skimmer hoping that that would fix my problem and but all the settings and memories for PSDR were already in there the first time I started it up.
So What I would like to know is what is the best way to get everything related to PSDR off my XP SP3 system so that I can reinstall it as clean as possible?
