Have you somehow set your "IF Offset" in the setup panel to something near zero?
There is sometimes a DC offset that dies after transitions. The slow decay is caused by the large capacitor in the AC coupling. It is gone after a couple of seconds and is not audible or even impacting unless you have zero IF or near so.
