Based on the X-IP of the original email having an Origin of an ADSL connection in Romania it looks like the usual compromised Hotmail Address book issue. Yet another round of emails added to the spammers database due to insufficient protection and inadequate passwords on Hotmail accounts. A spam-bot on a separate compromised machine is what is actually sending this garbage.
