If you are someone who has modified their skins, you already know this.
Or, if you are a Windows guru, this is nothing new. However, I have seen
questions asked recently that this would answer, so I will provide this
information for those who may benefit from it.

Everyone should become aware of the %appdata% command, which is typed in
from the start menu on Windows Vista and WIndows 7. Go ahead, type it and
a file manager window will pop up. This is where all of the hidden goodies
are kept. Why are they hidden? I believe it's Microsoft's way of
protecting you from yourself. Even when you uninstall an application,
there's a good chance that a directory created by that application remains
in one of the AppData subdirectories. Files that were created by these
programs, including setup instructions, documents, graphics, and logs are
nestled away in sometimes cryptic directories that have hexidecimal names
spanning hundreds of characters. The AppData directory is out of the reach
of most disk cleaning utilities and out of sight of everyone except, now
that you've read this, you.

Many programs, including Flex, have directories in the Roaming subdirectory
where files are kept. Flex has two, FlexRadio and FlexRadio Systems.
FlexRadio contains the settings for Flex that you have created when you
used the setup form. You really don't have any reason to muck about in
this directory. However, FlexRadioSystems is a treasure chest of Flex
files and history, including the ATU database and log, memories, the
Firmware utilities, every previous version of PowerSDR that you haven't
uninstalled, and finally, the Skins.

So, go ahead and explore AppData. If you break anything, don't blame me.
You're fine unless you start deleting stuff that you don't understand.
