Don't bother. Virtualization just doesn't work to run PowerSDR with any
sort of reasonable performance. If you wish to run PowerSDR on your MacBook
Air you are going to need to install using BootCamp and dual-boot your MBA.

I haven't run the Air but I have made two different MacBooks run and
several other Mac Minis and iMacs, all with BootCamp.

I did experiments with various machines that had Parallels on them to see
if there was any threshold of processing power that would result in
acceptable performance and was unable to find any combination that would
work so I abandoned the attempt to run PowerSDR under virtualization.

Conversely, BootCamp using the Mac works very well.

So go ahead and set up BootCamp. That is how you are going to make the
combination work. Sorry.
