Peter, >From one viewpoint, PowerSDR does not support true FSK operation in that it does not shift the frequency of the master oscillator.
However, it is a software-defined radio. When properly adjusted (carrier & sideband suppression, modulation level, etc.), the signal produced, while technically AFSK, is indistinguishable from true FSK.
