Seems confusing to me. I am currently using FT-817 stock microphone with Flex 3000. Just got Heil Proset 6 via UPS today, but it has AD-1Y adapter which is 9-pin circular. What adapter do I need? How do I hook this up? I could connect the Heil Phones plug directly into the Flex Phones jack, but what about the RJ-45 MIC connector? And will the Yaesu connector hookup always work? Also, what about a foot switch or hand switch? Thanks in advance. What I through would be so simple is actually not a trivial connection.
