All, Even if you could port over powersdr to a android or a iwhatever, wouldn't the latency from and to the cell tower be too great to be an effective application?
4g throughout would be preferred over the legacy 3g network, but I would like to know if the latency to the towers and back make this not technically feasible. As most phone applications are Java, you would need a good Java developer, if it is technically feasible.
