Thank you for the instructions.  I use photoshop, so this is helpful! I guess 
in theory you could put any logo in it's place.

Robert,Open this file with Microsoft Paint or your favorite picture editor.  
Using the Select tool, select the rectangle that includes the logo.  Cut this 
selection. You now have an empty white space.  Move to the left, and Select 
then Cut a new rectangle in the blue area about the same size as the white 
space.  Paste the blue space.  Move the Pasted blue space over the white space. 
 Takes longer to type then to do.If you don't like your results, don't save it.
