I just tested this and it worked. 2.3.5 Psdr 1.03 VSP Manager TS2000 emulation on PSDR Com port 4
I have to test and see if I can get it to work with DDUTIL. It 'should'. This boils down to the fact that the PTT line can be up to 15, but the Rig Control can only go up to Com 8.
