Thanks Mike. I reviewed the link prior to changing my settings. As I recall you have to have VAC 4.11 installed before you can change the windows setting to 192 kHz. I back it down last night. We shall see if it stays fixed. Thanks again for the information.

Hi Rick

I'm not sure how you change the sample rate for Line 1 of VAC for example
to 192khz. I just checked mine and the highest it goes is 48k.

What happens if you run at 48khz and ensure that it is all the default
setting for Line 1 and Line 2 of both the playback and recording channels.

Have a look at the link I sent.

Yes as far as I know. Window 7 VAC cables and PSDR set to 192 kHz. No
setting in JT65. What else is there?

Just a thought, but have you configured your default sampling rates all the
way through the audio chain make sure the default is the same?

Have a look at http://kc.flexradio.com/**KnowledgebaseArticle50504.aspx<http://kc.flexradio.com/KnowledgebaseArticle50504.aspx>

I got bit with this when WSPR would not decode at all.

Using Flex 5000. First installed PDSR 2.3.5 with no problems and used
JT65 V1.0.9.3 with no problems. Upon switching from VAC V4.09 to VAC

and again using JT65, I have observed that as the waterfall scrolls down
during receive there will be dark band window shading effect on
waterfall.
No received signal can be seen in the dark bands. Decoding seems
unaffected as far as I can tell, but I am concerned there may be audio
processing gaps which are overcome by the robustness of the protocol.
Sometimes the banding is there other times it is not. Window 7 VAC
cables
are at 192 kHz. VAC setting within PDSR is set at 192 Khz. There is
not
an adjustment in JT65 that I am aware of other than automatic sample rate
correction. I have a fast computer with loading between 5-20%. Does
anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.
