Jordan,

Be sure to check you Windows sound driver sample rate settings,  both playback 
and record.   Also make sure that you do not have any of the virtual lines set 
for default Windows sounds..  With PowerSDR disconnected from VAC and CW 
Skimmer closed, you should not see any activity on VAC or in the Virtual 
lines..  If you do then there is some other application or driver trying to use 
VAC...
