PowerSDR, when used with the SDR-1000 and the Delta44 sound card,
utilized the Delta44's control panel to set line-in and line-out gain.
This was designed using the XP Delta44 driver. M-Audio changed the
architecture of their driver and the requisite DLL is no longer
available with Vista and Win7. This it the reason for the error.
