I've had this happen before and sent the F5KA back to Austin. When the rig is cold, just turned on, I see an 800Hz upward jump in frequency. Then after about a minute or so it jumps back to the frequency I was originally on. I think it's an RFIO board problem, but I'm wondering if there is any fix for it without sending the radio back.again. Suggestions are welcome.
