I need to get remote band switching set up in the linear before the wife
fries it (again), thus need a parallel port. Of course, today's
computer motherboards don't have parallel ports, and with the firewire
taking up a PCI slot, and the graphics card cooling system covering up
the few remaining PCI slots, I can't get a parallel card into the computer.
I see they have USB to parallel cables now, like they have USB to serial
cables. Anyone tried to use one of these with any success? Any
particular brand that seems to work. I am running Window 7/64 bit so
need one with 64 bit drivers.
