While in Dayton I stopped at the Heil booth to obtain an adapter for the 5K. I have been using the headset/mic with my Kenwood. Today for the first time, I plugged the adapter into the radio, attached the headset and hand remote keyer. The headset works but my hand keyer will not key the radio and I'm not sure the mic is working either.
Anyone out there have this similar setup that can share some information.
