Yes having this problem as well. It appears the formats have changed and now have to fix up every entry in the memory. The error is

The VFO RX frequency of 443.55MHz does not match the frequency of 448.55MHz and split is not enabled for the memory record modified or selected. This is an invalid configuration

The VFO A RX frequency will not be updated to the defined memory record value unless Split is enabled in the memory record or the RX and TX frequencies are changed to be the same frequency.

The VFO A RX frequency will be set in PowerSDR to the memory record transmit frequency of 448.55MHz

My be Tim could check this out?

I just checked and found that all of my VHF / UHF memories would not
function after the upgrade. They were there and I could select them, but
each time I got a message about the VFO freqs being incorrect.

I only had a dozen local repeaters entered so I just used the memory screen to manually delete them all, which gave me a database error on each element
in each row during the delete.

Now I can enter new memories and everything works fine again, including the
CTCSS.
