For you guys using a Flex 5000, what are you doing if you loose all AC and DC power to the radio? How do you get it turned on?
As a test, I turned off my DC power supply, and turned it on. The 5000 does not power back up. As I see it, I will have to float a 12V battery across the power terminals. Which, of course, brings another question. What IF I HAVE to power cycle the 5000? I guess that means I need to remote the 5000 power switch to the LP-Remote, and I am not sure if that can do that. This is critical for a remote that I don't see for 6 months at a time. Thoughts? (This is not about using your basic Web Switch :) ) Mike va3mw _______________________________________________ FlexRadio Systems Mailing List [email protected] http://mail.flex-radio.biz/mailman/listinfo/flexradio_flex-radio.biz Archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/flexradio%40flex-radio.biz/ Knowledge Base: http://kc.flexradio.com/ Homepage: http://www.flexradio.com/
