I use a Heil Pro set 6 boom head set. Accoding to the specs the
headphones are 200 Ohms.I have no problem at all with volume from my
F-3K. I normally run the AF gain at 50 and adjust AGC-T for minimum
noise depending on the signal to noise level.
I also use the FHM-1 and FHM-1 DX (for weak signals with big pile ups)
transmit profiles on SSB. When using the FHM-1 profile I have been
getting completely unsolicited comments on great audio or one the other
day from a UK station who out of the blue said I had BBC quality audio.
I liked that one :-)
