It will be interesting with that Neutrik combo connector on the 6000's.. The polarity of the positive going peaks makes a big difference for us AM'ers. I don't think anything has changed in the last 50 years but the standard on XLR for line level is 1= gnd, 2=black, 3=white/red. But XLR Mic wiring is 1=gnd,2=white/red, 3=black.
