Hi Dave,
I'm interested in your remote setup. I recently acquired a 5000A (2 weeks
ago). Prior to that I had a 756 Pro3 which I remoted using CommCat.
CommCat supports Flex; but I'm not real happy with it. I have Skype and
Teamview installed. I do a lot of configuring for the local hams especially
in the digital modes. Teamview saves a lot of gas as a lot of these guys
live in the sticks of WV. CommCat really worked good on the Pro3. I was
able to move around my house/yard and for demo purposes from one of the
local radio stations and senior citizen center. I used Howards CommCat
mobile for the remote access from my Ipad.
That is basically it.

Subject: [Flexradio] Flex 5000 remote operation
Using Flex 5000 for local and remote operation. Using TeamViewer for remote
access and Skype for remote audio. Interested in other remote access
options and comparisons to TeamViewer, as well as other audio links (eg,
RemAud) comparisons.
Tnx.
