Hi All, Quick question about Flex3000 temperature when running JT65 on the HF bands.
I've been playing with JT65 on 40m and 20m using just 5w of power and the ALC at -0.1dB, the signal is very clean and I am getting great results, my only concern is the temperature, it's getting up to 63c which seems very high for such a low output level? I have the fans set to come on at 35c in an attempt to try and keep the temperature down. Does anyone else see these kinds of temperatures running QRP? Is this normal? Do I need to be concerned?
