Jim: If you would settle for 3db less power output, the THL 45B works well in this application with the 1500. Cost around $450 new at HRO. Array Solutions will build the keying cable, plug and play, if you elect to farm that task out. I used one as an IPA to drive a pair of 3-500Zs on 6 meters with a 1500.....5 watts input....1000 + output with this train. The THL 45B is a sturdy little beast, as is all their gear!
