I am running PSDR V2.6.4 on Windows 8.1 with no issues. I did find that
installing 8.1 removed my Com0Com virtual ports and reordered my
physical serial ports. However, it was just a matter of recreating the
virtual serial ports and unscrambling the physical ports. There are a
number of improvements with 8.1 including but not limited to the return
of the "Start" button and the ability to start on the desktop screen
instead of the start screen.
