I've run it on an ASUS T100 which can be a netbook or tablet, but I
haven't found a way to get it to load the drivers and keep them. You
have to go through a multistep, arcane process involving two reboots to
get Windows 8.1 to allow unsigned drivers, and that works but as soon as
you shut down or reboot, it reverts to rejecting them and you have to
start over. I'd love to know a fix for that. I'm using PSDR 2.6.4 and an
adapter to convert the micro USB on the screen side to USB to the radio.
As I recall it worked well enough, but because of the Win8.1 issues, I
never got to do much with it and am sort of stymied. But as I recall I
was able to do most of the usually needed functions in tablet mode.
One of the many reasons I don't love Win8.1
