When I first bought my Flex 5000 (2010) turn around on warranty repairs (1
in my case) was less than a week. Flex even sent me a shipping label so
there was no expense on my end.

I sent my ‘5000 in for non-warranty repairs in late August, 2014. Turn
around was about 4 weeks. Of course, that was end of summer vacation time,
included the Labor Day weekend, etc. My only niggle was the emails to say
“we got it” and “we’re sending it back” didn’t materialize until I called
(at about 5 days and 4 weeks of the process). As usual, the people at Flex
Radio Systems were kind, courteous and professional. The repairs were
extremely reasonable, price wise; in my case, just over $100. The radio is
back and working as designed. My only “conflict” is deciding when up spring
for a Signature series radio.

I am thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of Flex Radio service and
support.
