Dan: Welcome to the FlexRadio world! There is a process in Windows called "Deferred Procedure Call" or DPC. This is the mechanism that Windows uses to bounce between programs to give the appearance of doing many things at once. Excessive DPC latency due to badly behaved programs and drivers can be an issue for streaming devices. The FLEX-3000 is a streaming device so we can take the brunt of this. To help you diagnose potential DPC issues, we've prepared an online "HOWTO".
