Hey everyone. If you own a Flex 3000 or Flex 5000 radio and want to do any sort of portable operations with your radio, this laptop computer will work very well for you.
Just less than a year ago, I bought this Dell laptop for use with my portable ham radio activities. It has the required Express Card slot to properly run the Firewire connection between your Flex 3000 or Flex 5000 radio and this computer. The only reason I'm selling it is because I bought a large 17" touch screen laptop for all my portable ham radio fun. It's a Dell Latitude E5440 14" screen with an i5-4310U processor, 4GB DDR3, 500GB SATA drive, and Windows 7 Pro installed. The battery is very strong and the computer is in very good condition. Has two USB 3.0 ports and one USB 2.0 port. DVD +/- RW. 1366 x 768 resolution wide screen. I'm asking *$300* for the laptop, AC adapter and relatively new battery. I've removed all ham programs ever installed. Never used it for anything other than ham radio stuff. It's pretty darned clean and ready to rock. I live in the Atlanta area. If shipping is required, I ask you pay actual shipping costs and nothing more.
