I did start the integration of file attachment as part of the core.
I know I have not sent any progress report in a while but that's only
because I was unable to give much time to FW lastly.  But it is still in my
scope.  Also with a core integration FW WebSites and FW WebService clients
would have the same kind of access to attachments.
