I was wondering about SafeMode.aspx last time I looked at the Web
application. Other than forcing a fixed layout, I can't see what it's
purpose is and I can't find anything in the code that would cause it to be
displayed.
We need to elicit some response from the community to see if anyone is using
it and what for (IMHO).
