BTW, to answer your question, no _ContentBaseDefinition is not like HomePage
or _NormalBorders - there's no built-in version that's always there. But
there shouldn't need to be: we've clearly got a bug in the engine somewhere
dealing with nonexistent topics. We're chasing it now.

ooopsss... i have just realized... the_ContentBaseDefinition... is it like
the _NormalBorders which is predefined (or what's the other term for that)?
or i really would have to create it myself first?
