So, for the UI you're suggesting a link in LeftBorder to
SwitchStylesheet.aspx (for example), which gives you the list of stylesheets
to choose from?

Sounds a bit clunky to me, if that's the case. I'd prefer some kind of
drop-down or JS popup :o)
