Hmm. Good question. FlexWiki is itself copyright Microsoft, so I don't see any issue with distributing images that are copyright Microsoft. I'm no lawyer, though. Obviously, for other stuff we'd have to handle it on a case-by-case basis, and it would likely be easier to just punt.
