OK, I fixed this. Apparently the fact that the Namespaces folders were empty
meant that they weren't included in the zipfile. I fixed this so empty
directories are now included in the distributed zip.
So starting with 2.0.0.128, we should have a full install zipfile that works
out of the box.

At some point, the automated build stopped including the Namespaces folder
(which includes SampleNamespaceOne and SampleNamespaceTwo). These need to be
in the .zip if it's going to work out of the box. I'm going to look into
what happened, but if anyone knows off the top of their head, you can save
me looking.
