You should grab a newer version at [1]. You want 2.0.0.141 or greater.
The documentation for getting Sql Server running is poor and some of what
did exist has been vandalized in the wiki. There is some info in the
maillist archives [2], especially in Aug 2007 where we were working with
Qasper to get his site functional.
I will have newer documentation on this process completed this weekend, but
you are free to input your efforts if you feel so inclined.
