A little misunderstanding - I was not speaking of reusing the flexwiki.com domain name, but to create a new site with flexwiki.com content. Is the result the same, ie do we need MS approval for that? I'm thinking while writing, but I'm afraid the answer is yes (I'm not a lawyer...).

I have not done full comparision but the main difference is the lack of WikiTalk functionality. It may be possible to include the most important features using LINQ, which would allow keyword selection.
