I saw from the devel archive that some of the clouds3d changes may have assumed depth=24 in X. I had the default=16 in XF86Config-4. When I changed this to 24, I can remove the --disable-splash-screen switch. But then I get a black screen when i go to full screen until I cycle the resolution with ctrl-alt-+. Then I get 3d clouds, but again, the FSAA is messed up. the clouds look great. This is with an update today via CVS for the development branch for plib, SimGear, FlightGear, and fgfsbase. The clouds ocassionaly blink to an off-white rectangle.
