Whoops!
Left the 3dclouds thinking I'd solved the transform problem from skywork coordinates to fg cartesian... Wrong!! The solution at KSFO was a 'happy accident". The math for defining the transform matrix is correct, just plugging in the wrong values to calculate the required vectors for rotating the cloud field. I'll send an update to Curtis fixing the problem after doing a few tests at places other than KSFO.
